The Pistons Announce Preseason Schedule

The Pistons have announced their Preseason schedule. The first game is at home against the Heat October 8th. Doesn't seem that far away now does it?

I for one always like the exhibition games. I am especially excited this season because it means plenty of playing time for the Stuckey, Afflalo, Mejia, Maxiell and Amir Johnson. Let's see what the future of The Pistons can do.

yayyyyyyyy i cant wait!!!! im so exited. I really really like preseason because it shows us (fans) what the younger guys can do. It also shows us how much they developed from the last time we seen them...fro example maxiell and amir. Anyways....i just wonder who starting center for the regular season will be????..A question thats been on my mind for a long time.

Not exactly sure when the Tickets go on sale Beth, but I don't think you have to worry about it. There are always plenty of empty seats at The Palace in the Pre-Season.

Anyone know if any of the preseason games are televised... nationally?

I know it's a stretch, but I graduated school and live in Ohio now. Hopefully if they decide to televise the Cleveland game here I can pick it up at least.

Any one know when (if they have it) the Pistons open practice is? I went last year and it was fun seeing them do drills and schrimmage and afterwards I got to take my picture with the championship trophies, plus it was all free :)

I don't think the Pistons have scheduled open practice yet, but when they do I will be sure to put the information up on Need4Sheed.

Hi it's me Jacqueline, oh my God!! I'm so excited about the Pistons coming here to Grand Rapids, this will be the third pre-season game that I have attended, even though Van Andel is no comparison to coming to the Palace for a game, just to know that they are right outside my door, is making me really excited, it's the one time of the year when my son gets a chance to see Rip and for my daughter to see Tayshaun, and of course for me to see Chauncey, hopefully this year we get a couple more autographs this year, last year, my son got his jersey signed my George Blaha, Greg Kelser and Flip Saunders, at least we did get a wave and nod from Rasheed,, and we got to stand near the tunnel to give high fives when the guys came out, I thought my daughter was gonna pass out when Tayshaun walked right pass her, I can't wait! I'm excited!!!!
