Webber and Jaric?

Blakely says Webber is coming to Detroit and will announce it sometime today. Although some aren't quite as sure.

The Pistons are talking trade with the Timberwolves that would bring Marco Jaric to Detroit in exchange for either Mohammed, Davis or McDyess. I don't know of any upside to Jaric, from what remember he's been pretty much a bust since he signed with Minnesota.

Looks like CWebb signed over, I'm sure there will be a post here soon about it (or Natalie is already writing it as I type this). I would really hope not to get Jaric, he holds no role for us. I would also hate to lose McDyess. He goes back and forth on being a role player and putting up big games, but much like Ben Wallace I think he is a good character for the team even though he's not on the forefront most times. The Pistons SHALL NOT trade McDyess. Yes, he hasn't done a ton yet but he's got talent and I'd really like to see him win a title before he retires. Pistons should trade Nazr instead of Dyess or Dale Davis. I really like Dale Davis's rebounding.

I've seen Pistons games on TV last year and the previous when they play the T-wolves, and I've seen Jaric play. It's an alright player but that's all that I know.; 12:15 AM, January 16, 2007
