One of the criteria for MVP should be team "wins". Comparing wins from last season with this season with one game to go, it should be clear why Chauncey, in addition to everything else he brings to the table, should be a top MVP candidate.
Chauncey +10 (Team 54 wins last season to 64 this season)
Kobe +10 (34 to 44)
E. Brand +9 (37 to 46)
LeBron +7 (42 to 49)
Dirk +2 (58 to 60)
Carmelo -5 (49 to 44)
D. Wade -7 (59 to 52)
Steve Nash -9 (62 to 53)
I would argue that it is harder to bring a team from 54 to 64 wins, than it is from 34 to 44.
id have to agree.
I agree wit u Im Votein 4 Chauncey all the way
Chancey has to win this award he is the argely the best player on the best team, he leads the league in assist to turlover ratio and makes big shots at the end of games.
