Pistons Back On Track

I can breathe again! The Pistons beat the Clippers 97-87. Tayshaun Prince led the Pistons with 22 points, most of which came when Detroit truly needed them. McDyess had a great game off the bench going 5-8 with 13 points. Rip (10), Chauncey (18) and Rasheed (19) although they put up good numbers are still struggling with their shooting percentages. Chauncey still doesn't seem in full form since the thigh bruise he sustained during the Lakers.

The starters played the bulk of minutes with only Mo, Dice and Arroyo coming off the bench. I was surprised that Delfino didn't see any minutes, but that was probably because as soon as Mo and Dice came in they both added a needed spark.

Coach Dumleavy tried the ''Hack-A-Ben'' strategy again. WHAT A PUNK!

Carlos Arroyo seems to know that his job is on the line now that Lindsey is back. While I must admit I am not a supporter of Arroyo he did have a good game against Atlanta but tonight he seemed back to his old game. Carlos was 0-3 from the floor with just 2 assists in a little over nine minutes. I mean how many times is he going to drive the lane and get blocked? Does anyone else notice that every time he misses a shot or does something stupid he claps his hands together in frustration? I have a feeling his days are numbered unless something miraculous happens.

One last note......... This is all I kept thinking when watching Chris Kaman.

I'm not hating I know he's from MI but honestly I think hes got bodies in the basement.
